If, after trying to resolve issues with support staff, you feel that the products you purchased don’t meet your requirements, we’d love to hear from you and know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request. Our policy offers a full refund within 8 days from the date of purchase and with the return of 80% of the product purchased unconsumed.
Products consumed in an amount greater than 20% will not be refundable.
We will make every effort to refund as quickly as possible, your financial institution may take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank/card account.
